about
Black Dragon was inspired by the Parisian Black Dragon Gang, a group of Naziskin/Boneheads hunters. The reasons are multiple.
First of all, the song is, in general, about standing up for something, belonging to a group, and stepping up for each other.
Some of us in the band have to deal with mental health issues. It can be absolutely crippling, but together, as one, we can overcome and get beyond ourselves.
The Black Dragons were about fighting yourself first, to know who you are, overcome yourself and become the person you should be.
We also stand firmly against any type or sort of racial, ethnic, or social discrimination, despite the fact that we have two "s" in the begining of our name. That was just an inside joke and admit it, it's metal as fuck.
Slayer did it.
So, it's okay. Am I right?!
lyrics
I’ve stopped sitting.
Now I’m moving.
Living on my own now I have something to fight for.
A reason to care, a reason to dare.
Just try to stop me, you won’t block me.
A fight against us, a fight against me.
the further I go, the harder it is.
I have to defeat this plague in me.
it grows in me but it won’t kill me .
I’ve stopped sitting.
Now I’m moving.
Living on my own now I have something to fight for.
A reason to care, a reason to dare.
Just try to stop me, you won’t block me.
One two three four five we stand.
We’re on ou way back home.
Miles 'til the end of the road we walk.
One two three four five we stand.
We’re on ou way back home.
Miles 'til the end of our war we walk
The strongest will win.
Am I strong enough, am I good enough?
Dripping my soul in my art,
I’m a slave to his supremacy,
Devoted to our secrets,
We’re one line, on man
We’re one line, on man
Devoted to our secrets,
We’re one line, on man
We’re one line, on man
Devoted to our secrets,
